These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tasbih Free (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

Tasbih Free provides a free, browser-based dhikr/tasbih counter tool for personal use. The Site is provided free of charge and does not require account creation.

2. No warranty

The Site and its tool are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the counter will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your session data (such as the current count) will never be lost — for example, closing or refreshing your browser tab will reset the counter, as no dhikr count data is saved between sessions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its code beyond what is publicly viewable;
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content or design at scale without permission;
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

4. Content and ownership

The religious phrases (dhikr) displayed on the Site are traditional expressions in the public domain and are not owned by us. The Site's specific design, layout, original text, branding, and underlying code are the property of Tasbih Free and may not be copied or redistributed as a competing product without permission. You're welcome to link to the Site freely.

5. Third-party advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar ad networks. We do not control the specific content of individual ads and are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasbih Free and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
